General Manager

Jared Bouchard

Jared's tenure at Whiskey Kitchen began in 2019, starting as a server and working his way up to General Manager. Jared has a passion for the hospitality and service industry and hopes to one day open his own establishment. Jared takes pride in the culture he has helped to create at Whiskey Kitchen that fosters open communication, respect, and care. In his free time, Jared enjoys playing video games, hiking, and trying new coffee shops in the Triangle.

Reilly Harring

Reilly is originally from Massachusetts but has found a home in North Carolina and is glad to be a part of the Whiskey Kitchen team. She first started out in the hospitality industry in the catering and events world and loves to tie that experience into the events team and daily service at Whiskey Kitchen. Reilly has a degree in theatre and brings that creative energy to our social media and all events she plans. Outside of work she loves to cuddle up with a book, her fiancé, her dog Whiskey, and a good drink!


Operations Manager

Jeff Franklin

Jeff grew up in Goldsboro, North Carolina and attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been working in the hospitality industry since 2009 and has worked in various restaurants in Raleigh. Jeff enjoys golfing and going to Hurricanes games when he is not training, hiring, and tending to his management responsibilities at Whiskey Kitchen.



Executive Chef

Ian McKenney

Ian has been with the Whiskey Kitchen team since 2018, and ascended to the Executive Chef position in 2021. He has been cooking professionally since 2010; starting in Fort Worth, TX before moving back home to North Carolina and the Raleigh area. Ian brings his experience in a variety of restaurants to the team and the menu as a whole. Outside of work, he enjoys playing video games, wood working, and spending time with his partner and beloved pets.



Sous Chef

Drew McGraw

Drew has been with Whiskey Kitchen since we opened in 2016. He started with us initially as a line cook. Proving his abilities, Drew moved from cook, to Kitchen Lead and now holds the title of Sous Chef. During his tenure here, he has both put several dishes on the menus and helped improve others. Outside of work, he enjoys video games and cleaning up endless fur from his very fluffy dog.

Los Stevens

Los has been a part of the Whiskey Kitchen team since 2018. He has been an integral part of our Back of House team, starting as a dishwasher and working his way up through all positions and is our primary lead of the prep team. In his free time, Los enjoys watching football and playing pool with friends.



Master of Spirits

Johnny Berry Jr.

As Master of Spirits and Beverage director, Johnny has been with Whiskey Kitchen since before the doors opened. A multiple award winning bartender who has also spent years in the culinary world, Johnny brings a wealth of experience to our team. A veteran of many of the most popular bars and restaurants in Raleigh, Johnny matches flavors, textures and unique techniques to design cocktails, menus and even select team members. 

Fun fact: He has no belly button. True story. 



Asst. Bar Manager

Tyler Greer

Hailing from the mountains of Boone, NC, Tyler has lived in Raleigh for the past decade. Although he was born at a very young age, such a disadvantage has not hindered him from assisting Johnny Berry in curating & constantly improving Whiskey Kitchen's bar program. When he is not behind the bar making drinks & reminding Johnny of his mortality, you can find Tyler glued to any WWE programming (preferably Attitude Era), playing pool at Person St Bar with his pals, or engaging in rousing disc golf matches somewhere in the woods.



Events Manager

Aubrey Hall

Aubrey grew up the daughter of an Air Force pilot and has lived all over the United States. Born in the Mojave Desert in California, Aubrey has also lived in Delaware, Washington DC and Ohio  settling after college in Raleigh. Here she started her career journey as a hospitality professional, and has a deep passion for photography, having served as a professional wedding and event photographer. Aubrey joined Whiskey Kitchen after moving to Raleigh in 2016, and is one of the restaurant’s original team members. She has served in many capacities at Whiskey Kitchen, including head server, floor manager, and in her current role as Event Coordinator, a position she has held since 2018. Aubrey lives in a North Hills neighborhood of Raleigh with her husband, son, and beloved rescue pitbull.
